Terms and Conditions
- The rate is based on using a 43-seat bus.
- According to local regulations, children aged 6 and older must have their own bed.
- The Japan tour guide and driver are available for up to 10 hours per day and can cover a maximum of 400 kilometers. Please note, overtime is charged at JPY 13,000 per hour per group. All tours are scheduled to start at 10:30 AM and end by 08:30 PM.
- The vehicle provided will be available for up to 10 hours maximum per day, not exceeding 11 hours.
- The hotels quoted are subject to availability. If the listed hotels are not available, similar-grade hotels will be booked.
- The tour fare may change based on the availability of hotels and coaches.
- The itinerary may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Double rooms are available on request but are not guaranteed.
- Any bank charges are the responsibility of the remitter.
- Coach and guide services are available for a maximum of 10 hours per day.
- Coach and guide services must conclude by 9:00 PM in accordance with Japanese law.
- The driver must take a 30-minute break after every 5 hours of driving.
- Minor changes to the program may occur due to road and weather conditions. Prices may be adjusted in case of fluctuations in exchange rates, VAT, or other taxes.

Upon your arrival in Tokyo, you'll be warmly greeted by your tour guide, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure—either relaxing at the hotel or venturing out to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Tokyo. (Dinner)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before diving into the sights of Tokyo. Begin with an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony, offering a glimpse into the country’s rich traditions. Then, explore the renowned Sensō-ji Temple and soak in its historical ambiance. Stroll through Nakami Setsu Shopping Street, where you can discover an array of local shops and souvenirs. Continue to Akihabara, the energetic area near Akihabara Station in Chiyoda District, famous for its tech and anime culture. Head to Shibuya Crossing, one of Tokyo’s iconic spots, and take a moment to visit the Hachiko Statue.
